Upfront Pricing on Every Job
Every repair falls into one of three upfront tiers, quoted before we touch a tool: Basic at $139, Standard at $259, and Premium at $399. The quote covers parts and labor, and the number we give you is the number you pay. Nothing starts until you approve it.

The tier your job falls into depends on the parts your door needs and the labor involved. Your technician explains which tier applies and why, in plain words, before any work starts. Scheduling and Service Area
We take appointments Monday through Friday, 7AM to 7PM, and Saturday, 8AM to 4PM. Sundays are emergency calls only, and our emergency line at (615) 576-1762 is open around the clock. Our service area covers all of Antioch plus Cane Ridge, Hickory Hollow, Priest Lake, Nashboro Village, Una, Tusculum, and the Mill Creek area of Antioch.

What a Visit Includes
Every visit follows the same five steps: a full-system diagnosis, an upfront price you approve, the repair itself, testing across full open-and-close cycles, and a cleanup of the work area. We treat the springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and opener as one system, not just the single part that failed.
- Diagnosis. The technician inspects the springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and opener to find the real cause, not just the symptom.
- Upfront price. You get a firm quote in one of the three tiers before any work starts.
- Repair. We complete the work, using quality parts suited to your door.
- Testing. We run the door through full cycles and check balance, sensors, and opener settings with you.
- Cleanup. We leave the work area as we found it.

Payment Terms
Payment is due when the work is finished and the door has been tested with you there. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash. A Pay Online link is coming soon, and you will find it in the footer of every page once it goes live.
Because you approve the exact price before we start, there are no surprise charges at the end of the visit. Most repairs land between $139 and $399, with the price confirmed up front every time.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Plans change, and that is fine. If you need to move or cancel your appointment, call (615) 576-1762 as soon as you can and we will find a new time that works for you. There is no charge for rescheduling with reasonable notice.
If our technician is running behind because of traffic on I-24 or Murfreesboro Pike, we will call ahead and let you know the new arrival time.
